Preparing for the Adventure

Well I have managed to set up this blog to document our travels.  Still haven't figured out how to upload pictures from my tablet to the blog.  That will have to wait.  We are in the process of packing up our home and moving every thing to storage.  Managed to get three rooms boxed and moved to the garage yesterday, today we will finish the upstairs and then just have the main floor.  Start moving it all on Tuesday, and plan to be in our motor home on the road on 8/20/12.    I was up at 4:30 AM making notes on a to do list of things I need to be sure to pack for the motor home.  Going through pictures of family and trying decide which to take. I am thinking a digital frame would be light and hold the most pictures, but still like having some actual photos ( old school for when technology doesn't work)    My goal of the blog is to document our travels to share with the grand kids and anyone else that is interested in following it.  Bob and I will be celebrating 40 years of marriage on Sept 9th, I can't think of any way I would rather spend this next year than traveling with my best friend and enjoying life. Very thankful that we have this opportunity:)
